Return:

Our 14-day Returns Policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promo items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

          RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

1- We accept returns only in the event that the item does not match the photos and description provided by us.

2- The returned item must be sent back with its packaging intact, even if it is not original, and without any damage; otherwise, we will not proceed with the refund.

3- The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item

4- The only costs payable by the consumer when exercising the right of return are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.

5- The consumer may receive a refund of the item cost and not of the shipping cost.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item.                                                                              We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit to your credit card or original payment method will be made automatically within a few days.
