RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

1- We accept returns only in the event that the item does not conform to the photos and description provided by us.

2- The returned item must be sent back with its packaging intact, even if not original, and with no damage whatsoever; otherwise, we will not proceed with the refund.

3- The return must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

4- The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of return are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.

5- The consumer may receive a refund of the item cost, but not of the shipping cost.

6- The return is valid only for 3 collections: Clothing, Bags, Wigs

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
