How to make a return

Did you purchase a product from SP Style Boutique but changed your mind? No problem.

Pursuant to Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason and without any penalty.

To request a return, simply contact our Customer Service by sending an email to:

In the message, please indicate:

• Full Name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

You will receive all the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

How to prepare the return

Products must be returned:

• intact and never used;
• in the original packaging;
• complete with original labels, tags, accessories, and packaging;
• in perfect condition for resale.

Return conditions

The return will only be accepted if:

• it is requested within 14 days of delivery;
• the items have not been used, washed, or damaged;
• they are complete with original packaging, tags, and accessories;
• they are suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received has manufacturing defects or was shipped in error.

SP Style Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return if the returned products do not meet the conditions indicated above.

Products excluded from the right of return

For hygienic and commercial reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• products purchased during special promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Outlet, or Sales, unless otherwise indicated);
• personalized items;
• sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, where provided for by law.

Refunds

Once the return is received and the integrity of the items is verified, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund is processed.

Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a defective product or one different from what was ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery, attaching some photographs of the product and the packaging.

We will find the quickest possible solution, replacing the item or proceeding with a refund, at no additional cost to the customer.
