Shipping policy

SP Style Boutique ships to Italy and Europe.

1 - Express shipping service in Italy ( 48H to 72H ) at a cost of 4.99 Euro

2 - Standard shipping service in the European Union ( 2 to 6 days )  The cost of international shipping (EU countries) will be indicated before order confirmation and may vary based on the destination country.

3 - For the rest of the world, you must contact our customer service

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options; order delivery times are divided into 2 parts.

 We remind you that for national and EU shipments, with a minimum purchase of 89 € you will receive free shipping.

  Processing times:

     Order verification, quality control, and packaging; all orders are shipped and processed within 3 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday. Processing time may take longer if it is a personalized item.

We cannot group two separate orders placed individually, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.  

    Delivery times:

Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days; actual time
depends on the destination country of the goods.
     N.B. Due to different customs policies from one country to another, we are not responsible for customs duties to be paid upon receipt, if applicable.

Order Status

You can check the status of your order at any time by accessing the "My orders" section of your account on SP Style Boutique, after logging in.

If you made the purchase as a guest, without registering an account, you will receive all communications regarding your order directly at the e-mail address provided during the purchase. We will send you automatic updates during the various stages of processing and shipping.

Once the order has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to modify it. We therefore invite you to carefully check all the data entered (items, shipping address, and contact information) before completing the purchase.
