A: We ship throughout Europe in 3-5 business days from order confirmation. For Italy, delivery is generally within 48-72 hours. You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, shipping is free for orders over €89 throughout the European Union. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Q: Do you ship outside Europe?

Quality and products

Q: Are the bags made of genuine Italian leather?
A: Absolutely. All our bags are made of genuine Italian leather, mainly full-grain leather and nappa leather selected from certified Italian tanneries. We do not use synthetic leather, faux leather, or composite materials in our main lines.

Q: How do I recognize genuine Italian leather?
A: Genuine Italian leather has a natural texture, a characteristic leather scent, and improves with use — developing a unique patina over time. Each of our bags is accompanied by a product card indicating the type of leather and craftsmanship.

Q: Are Chogan perfumes original?
A: Yes, we exclusively sell original Chogan Olfazeta perfumes, purchased directly from the official network. They are Made in Italy fragrances with 30% essence, formulated with the same raw materials used by the major international fashion houses.

Q: How long do Chogan perfumes last on the skin?
A: Thanks to the 30% essence concentration, Chogan Olfazeta perfumes last an average of 6-10 hours on the skin and up to 24 hours on fabrics. The duration varies depending on skin type and weather conditions.

 Returns and refunds

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product is intact, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us by email at info@spstyleboutik.com indicating your order number.

Q: Are perfumes refundable?
A: Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Sealed bottles can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (payment in 3 or 4 installments), and cash on delivery in Italy for bags.

Q: Is the payment secure?
A: Yes, the site is protected by an SSL certificate and all payments are processed on secure, certified platforms (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna). Your data is never saved on our servers.
